Die Kolbendichtung GD1000K ist speziell für Kolben- und doppeltwirkende Zylinder konzipiert.

Die Konstruktion der Dichtung und die verwendeten Werkstoffe machen sie besonders geeignet für Schwerlastanwendungen, z. B. Zylinder für Baumaschinen.

Die Dichtung kann in der Standardform mit Mineralölen und Flüssigkeiten auf Wasserbasis verwendet werden.

Die GD1000K besteht aus 6 Teilen.

- Ein elastischer NBR-Ring, der als Dichtung dient

- Ein abriebfester Gleitring aus PTFE-Bronze als Dichtungsring

- Zwei seitliche PUR-Stützringe (verhindern die Extrusion des Hochdruck-Gleitrings)

Kurze Beschreibung der Funktion:

Der elastische Ring erregt den Gleitring und drückt ihn gegen die Zylinderwand, so dass eine Dichtfunktion bei Betriebsdruck Null gegeben ist. Durch den Druckanstieg wird der elastische Ring zusammengedrückt, was die Radialkraft erhöht, indem der Gleitring gegen die Zylinderwand gepresst wird, wodurch sich die Dichtwirkung erhöht. Das spezielle Profil der Stützringe fördert eine gleichmäßige Verteilung von Flüssigkeit und Druck auf den elastischen Innenring.

In Kombination mit einer Zylinderoberflächenrauhigkeit von Ra 0,3 - 0,5 µm wird eine minimale Reibung erreicht.
