Das besondere Profil des NIPSL-Abstreifers, ohne Aufsatz mit einem vulkanisierten Metallkern im Inneren, erleichtert die automatische Montage. Dieser Abstreifer ist für einen vollständig geöffneten Sitz ausgelegt. Die niedrige Erhebung, die im Sitz, dem SEEGER-Halter, entsteht, sorgt dafür, dass der Abstreifer selbst nicht herauskommt. Der Austausch im Falle einer Wartung ist sehr einfach. Dieser Profiltyp, der Abstreifer und Dichtung in einem ist, verhindert das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen in den Zylinder. Diese Dichtung wird aus NBR 72 Shore A hergestellt.
