In history, man has always been able to exploit the power of fluids: the first projects date back to 6,000 BC, when in ancient Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia the power of water was used to irrigate the fields.
Continuing along the timeline of history, the Eupalino aqueduct (or Eupalino Tunnel) dates back to 600 BC, a real hydraulic work with a length of over 1 kilometer. It is dated 100 AD. the first steam engine, also known as Eolipila and 300 AD. the spectacular Shushtar Hydraulic System. Approaching the present day, in 1647 the Pascal principle was discovered, on the basis of which hydraulics is applied as we know it today.
Over the last few centuries, the power of water has been replaced by that of hydraulic fluids such as mineral oils, chosen on the basis of increasingly specific needs. Today, the hydraulic industry is crucial in many sectors: mining, construction, agriculture and astronautics.
But what elements have determined the development of the Italian and European hydraulic industry?

The European Hydraulic Industry
After the Second World War, Italy experienced the famous "economic boom" which, in the agricultural sector, coincided with the need to introduce machines that would allow greater productivity and lower operating costs. At that time, the products available on the market were of American origin, where the hydraulic industry was already in a phase of growth and expansion. However, these products were not suitable for European needs due to the different European and Italian topographical conformation, made up of narrow streets and small agricultural plots.
It was on the basis of this demand that the hydraulic industry developed: the need for "tailor-made" agricultural machinery.
Italy is one of the top 5 European manufacturers of hydraulic components: the products we offer are all of European origin and of guaranteed quality.
