When you access the My Net Seals Reserved Area you can place orders, request quotes, customize your item codes with the Cross-Reference option, check order status, save your Favorite Items, duplicate your orders, check the your Order History, update your Personal Data. You can also download the Product Catalogues with price lists, net prices and discounts.

To access the B2B e-commerce and make purchases, you must request registration using the dedicated form. The Net Seals sales team will provide you with your login credentials or direct you to the nearest reseller. 
If you are already a customer and have lost your credentials, request an update now.

You can change the e-mail address to which you receive order confirmations from your My Net Seals Reserved Area, by clicking on the Edit Data button. To change the personal data of your company, please write an email to: sales@netseals.it.

You can duplicate an order by logging into your My Net Seals reserved area. Click on the My Net Seals menu and select the Order History page. Select the order of your interest and click on the View button. Once the order is displayed, click on the Duplicate Order button.

To place a new order, log in to your My Net Seals Reserved Area, search for products by navigating using the menu or the Search bar, and add them to your cart.

Once you have identified an item for which you want to request an offer, enter the quantity and click on the Cart icon. At this point, go to the Cart and click on Send Quote Request. You will receive an email from one of the Net Seals operator with quote and delivery times.

No, Net Seals customers don't have a minimum order, neither quantity nor billing. However, the item unit price might vary in relation to the quantity ordered. In any case, shipping and / cash on delivery costs are charged to the customer (see FAQ I have a trusted forwarder, can he handle my shipments to him?).

No, the items placed in the cart are not reserved until the transaction is completed. Wait for the Order Confirmation which certifies and confirms the products and quantity of the items ordered.

Net Seals supplies products from the leading brands on the market, including Guarnitec, Freudenberg, Dichtomatik, Trelleborg, Parker, Aston Seals, Contarini, Interpump Group, Gapi Group, Artic Seals, Guarniflon, Colombo & C., Kastas, SKF, Hallite, Hunger, Hercules, OTM, Vivoil, Oleodinamica Marchesini and BLB Hydraulic. You will receive the product from the brand you requested. If the requested item is not available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative with the same profile, dimensions and performance.

Yes. When selecting the item to add to your cart, always check the brand shown on the product line. Alternatively, you can search for a product by selecting a specific brand or filter your search results by brand. If you have specific requirements, contact us.

Yes. The description of each product group includes any available alternatives. In addition, the Net Seals Technical Sales Team can recommend an equivalent product with the same dimensions and performance. You can also consult the Seal Comparison Table in the Download Area of the My Net Seals Reserved Area.

Yes. You can assign your own internal code (Cross-Reference) to each item. To do this, add the item to the cart, enter your internal code in the "Code / Order" box and click "Save".

Yes. To simplify your warehouse management, you can request customized labels for each bag, including specific references, your internal code and/or a barcode. Contact us and let us know your requirements.

You can check, at any time, the tracking of each order with international destination in My Net Seals Reserved Area.

The delivery of the items marked as "Available" in the warehouse takes place, except for exceptions or force majeure, in 24/48 hours, for the whole Italian and European territory. Shipments to non-European countries require longer and destination-related delivery times. You can check the order status in My Net Seals Reserved Area 

The delivery of items not available in stock is reported in the line of each item, under the item “availability”. When it is not indicated, it is possible to request the delivery date through the "Request Times" button. You will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery times.

The delivery of customized items varies according to the requested item and is communicated during the offer phase.

To receive same-day shipping, place your order by 12:30 PM. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, your order will be shipped the same day. You can always track the status of your orders in the My Net Seals Reserved Area.
