ELECTRICAL VISUAL DIFFERENTIAL INDICATOR

When you access the My Net Seals Reserved Area you can place orders, request quotes, customize your item codes with the Cross-Reference option, check order status, save your Favorite Items, duplicate your orders, check the your Order History, update your Personal Data. You can also download the Product Catalogues with price lists, net prices and discounts.

The data displayed in your Reserved Area concerns all your orders, both those entered on the site and those entered manually by Net Seals operators. 

To request access credentials to the My Net Seals Reserved Area, which allows you to place orders online, please fill out the form, clicking on the Register button, fill in the fields with your details and wait to be contacted by our sales representative.

You can change the e-mail address to which you receive order confirmations from your My Net Seals Reserved Area, by clicking on the Edit Data button. To change the personal data of your company, please write an email to: sales@netseals.it.

MODULAR DISTRIBUTORS BC

You can duplicate an order by logging into your My Net Seals reserved area. Click on the My Net Seals menu and select the Order History page. Select the order of your interest and click on the View button. Once the order is displayed, click on the Duplicate Order button.

Yes, it is possible to import an order from a .cvs file. The .cvs file must contain the Net Seals item code and quantity fields. If needed, you can request the personalization of the input data.

Once you have identified an item for which you want to request an offer, enter the quantity and click on the Cart icon. At this point, go to the Cart and click on Send Quote Request. You will receive an email from one of the Net Seals operator with quote and delivery times.

No, Net Seals customers don't have a minimum order, neither quantity nor billing. However, the item unit price might vary in relation to the quantity ordered. In any case, shipping and / cash on delivery costs are charged to the customer (see FAQ I have a trusted forwarder, can he handle my shipments to him?).

No, the items placed in the cart are not reserved until the transaction is completed. Wait for the Order Confirmation which certifies and confirms the products and quantity of the items ordered.

The payment method is agreed directly with the customer, once the registration procedure on the site has been completed (see FAQ I would like to place orders on www.netseals.it but I do not have the credentials to access the My Net Seals Reserved Area. How do I request them?). Payment can be made online by credit card or paypal.

To place a new order, log in to your My Net Seals Reserved Area, search for products by navigating using the menu or the Search bar, and add them to your cart.

Enter the COUPON (discount or promotional) in the cart in the appropriate box. The discount or promotion will be counted automatically by clicking the USE COUPON button.
If the COUPON is not added to the cart, check its validity or contact your trusted sales representative.

Net Seals stocks items of the most important brands on the market including Guarnitec, Freudenberg, Dichtomatik, Trelleborg, Parker, Aston Seals, Contarini, Interpump Group, Gapi Group, Artic Seals, Guarniflon, Colombo & C., Kastas, Skf, Hallite, Hunger, Hercules, Otm. The article of the requested brand will be sent to you. If the requested item is not available, you will be offered an alternative of the same profile and of the same size, with the same effectiveness.

Yes. When selecting the item to put in the cart, always check the brand indicated in the item line. Alternatively, you can carry out a product search by setting a specific brand or filter the results of a search by brand.

The alternative items are indicated in the description of each group. Net Seals operators are however available to offer you an alternative of the same profile and size, with the same effectiveness.

Yes. You can assign your own internal code (Cross-Reference) to each item. To do this, add the item to the cart, enter your internal code in the "Code / Order" box and click "Save".

Once the order is completed, your item will keep the assigned internal code in future orders. Your internal code will appear on all documents such as delivery notes and invoices. In addition, you can search for the item using your assigned internal code.
Before checkout, you can enter the code of your order in the "Order Reference" field.

Yes, we design and supply customized seals to meet your most specific needs.

Send your request by e-mail to sales@netseals.it. You should include in your message any relevant detail, such as house dimensions, temperature, pressure, speed, application type and contact fluids. Please also let us know if you need a certification.

Yes, to make your work easier, you can request that the labels applied to each bag show specific references and / or a barcode.

You can check, at any time, the tracking of each order with international destination. For orders shipped within Italy borders, the tracking option is not available at the moment. 

Items marked as "available" and shipped to Italy and Europe, are delivered within 24/48 hours. Delivery in some areas (eg italian islands, such as Sardinia) may be subject to delays, independent of our will.

The delivery of the items marked as "Available" in the warehouse takes place, except for exceptions or force majeure, in 24/48 hours, for the whole Italian and European territory. Shipments to non-European countries require longer and destination-related delivery times.

For shipments addressed outside Italy borders, order tracking is available.

The delivery of items not available in stock is reported in the line of each item, under the item “availability”. When it is not indicated, it is possible to request the delivery date through the "Request Times" button. You will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery times.

The delivery of customized items varies according to the requested item and is communicated during the offer phase.
