In each machine, there are transmission parts whose task is to transfer motion to other equipment. The movement to be transmitted is always rotary but, thanks to appropriate mechanisms, can be transformed into straight.
Toothed half joint
The toothed half joint of the 'BF' series allows the coupling of a gear pump with tapered shaft with speed increaser or belt tensioning support.
Elastic joint
The 'HE' series elastic joint allows the coupling of a gear pump with a tapered shaft to an electric motor or other rotary actuator with a cylindrical output shaft.
Belt tensioning support
The 'STSU' series belt-tensioning support, coupled to a hydraulic gear pump/motor, allows for belt, chain, or other transmission, where there are heavy combined loads (axial and radial). The pump or motor is directly flanged and connected with 'BF' toothed half joint (not included).
Pump multiplier
The "GBML32" series multiplier for group 2 gear pump and the "GBML52" series multiplier for the group 3 gear pump, connected to the tractor’s power take-off (PTO), multiply the rpm to the optimal pump speed.
Reducer
Reduction gear GBR2 and reduction gear GBR3. These reduction gears connected to the motor with a SAE A coupling, reduce the number of rpm at the output and a subsequent increase in force.
Bellhousing for electric motor
The 'HL' series bellhousing for electric motor provides a solid attachment between the gear pump and electric motor (the 'HE' elastic joint is also required for the connection). A necessary component for the construction of hydraulic power packs.
