DIN 2353 fittings made of carbon and stainless steel for hydraulic hoses used in all kinds of industrial applications, allow for easily detachable hoses without welding, threading and countersinking.

This range of couplings for rigid pipes finds its application in both dynamic fluid circuits and circuits with high operating pressures. DIN 2353 ring fittings consist of three pieces, and exhibit mechanical and hydraulic properties such that, when tightening the nut, the cutting ring cuts into the pipe, resulting in a perfect seal and preventing it from slipping off.

The brazed bushing at the end of the tube attaches it even better and provides greater resistance to vibration and pressure pulses.

The body of the fitting is made of carbon steel. The cutting ring is made from treated carbon steel bar ensuring high strength. The O-rings are made of Nitrile (NBR) with a SHORE 'A' hardness of 90+/-5 suitable for temperatures from -020°C to +120°C. The clamping nut is made of carbon steel.

All fittings are subjected to galvanic treatment (galvanising) with a thickness of 8 to 14 microns to achieve high corrosion resistance. Galvanisation is carried out taking into account current regulations.

Where necessary, threaded parts are protected by special plastic caps.

The theoretical pressure values for fitting bodies are pursuant to ISO 8434.
