Main characteristics of Hydraulic Distributors
The versatility and wide range of available hydraulic valves allow them to be used on all types of applications, guaranteeing reliability and high efficiency.
Increasingly dedicated and application-tested products are available for the agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, earth moving equipment, cranes, construction machinery and forklift truck sectors.
Different types and sizes of hydraulic distributors are currently available on the market: the size has a minimum capacity of 20 litres and a maximum capacity of 170 litres.
As far as types are concerned, it is possible to choose between piloted, manual, electric, monoblock and modular distributors.
How to adjust the relief valve
The relief valve can be adjusted. We recommend using a pressure gauge to check the pressure setting.
You can adjust the relief valve to suit your needs, using an Allen key and turning the grub screw on the valve itself.
Obviously, there is no product that can adapt to all the needs that customers may have.
Before buying any hydraulic distributor, we advise you not to focus solely on price.
In order to achieve a quality result and, above all, in line with expectations, it is necessary to first assess what work the distributor will have to do and what technical characteristics it should have.
Manual Distributors
Manual hydraulic distributors are monoblock distributors, usually made of cast iron, which are operated by a lever.
These distributors are characterised by small and compact dimensions in order to ensure easier application without reducing their resistance to high operating pressures.
Electric and electro-hydraulic distributors
These hydraulic distributors differ in the type of control that operates them.
Electric distributors are activated by a solenoid valve, while others use a hydraulic control.
Proportional Distributors
Proportional distributors are designed for maximum flexibility of use to meet all specific customer requirements.
This type of distributor has small dimensions, so the blocks are compact and easy to install.
Proportional distributors are very often used in mobile machines, and manual controls or electronic management systems can be installed to keep individual users under control.
