The highly flexible orbital hydraulic motor has a robust and compact construction, high radial and axial shaft load, high starting torque and pressure reduction. In addition, thanks to the oil drainage, these motors have the possibility of being networked with each other.

In hydraulics, the motor mirrors the action of the pump, because it converts the hydraulic energy (pressure and oil flow) delivered by the pump into mechanical power (torque, speed).

This energy is developed on the engine output shaft and is proportional to: torque x rotational speed.

The engine is a volumetric machine, as it manages the transport of liquid through volume changes in its internal chambers.

Orbital motors operate on the principle of an inner gear (rotor) rotating inside a fixed outer gear (stator).  They have a high starting torque and constant output torque over a wide speed range.
