Construction materials depend on the application and can be

-steel

-AISI 303 or 316 stainless steel, used where an aggressive fluid is used or for applications in marine environments

-aluminium, which has applications in the aeronautical sector

-brass, particularly suitable for water (mould cooling) or in the presence of brine. Pay attention to the operating pressures, which are lower than with steel construction.

The heat treatments of induction hardening, of carbonitriding guarantee a long service life.
The seals of the quick couplings are of particular importance and their choice depends on the application and working environment.
