The CBAGF series case hardened and ground bushing is used as wear protection on all articulation systems with low rotational speed and high specific pressure, where bearings, shafts, pins and joint bolts are easy to replace. It is advisable to subject the pins or shafts to surface hardening (C45 material may be sufficient) and machine them to h7 tolerance. For the correct assembly of our bushings, we recommend machining the respective housings with tolerance H7 (maximum H8).
