  • NADUOP

Complete double-acting NADUOP piston for pneumatic cylinders, composed of a steel disc on which the seal is vulcanized.

The nitrile elastomer is vulcanized according to special production processes.
Mainly used on pneumatic cylinders.
The particular shape of the sealing lips guarantees a long life and a reduced stick-slip effect, moreover it already has a shock absorbing effect at the end of the stroke that avoids the use of elastic damping elements.
For special applications that require high temperatures they can be produced in FKM
 
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
-Complete piston ready for assembly
-Pressure release at the end of the stroke due to the grooves on the side
-Low friction and smooth operation due to the geometry of the sealing lips
-Easy fixing on the piston rod without the use of additional sealing elements
-Economic sealing solution
