The HIGH-LOW pressure override valve of the VABP/FL series is used in the presence of a circuit supplied by two pumps in parallel with the purpose of sending the higher flow rate pump to discharge when a certain calibration value is reached. From this point on, the actuator works with the lower flow pump at higher pressure, consuming less energy.
