The RLF seal compared to traditional lip seals has an innovative profile. In the static part it has a much longer lip than the dynamic lip which is located near the bottom of the housing groove. In this way, very little friction is generated during exercise and the lip aligns itself perfectly with the rod. The base of the seal, both in the dynamic and in the static part, has two large spokes that facilitate assembly and at the same time do not create edges which, under pressure, would cause extrusion. The material used is C0 type Polyurethane with high elastic modulus, low compression-set and high wear resistance.
