The hydraulic cylinder typically consists of a tube, closed by two end pieces: the end plug and the head.
The end plug represents the end part and has the task of closing the cylinder.
The CF series welded end plug is a semi-machined end plug suitable for single- or double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of Fe510C steel, it is a basic component of our standard HMo cylinder series. A very versatile product particularly used in the furniture, agricultural and industrial sectors.
These components can bend when subjected to pressure peaks. We recommend welding some end plugs to increase rigidity, or using CFI-type internal end plugs, for continuous working conditions use CFPM.
